LOST in Laguna
sorry, guys and girls... for more than a month I forgot that i HAVE a blog.
waking up and not knowing where you areis one of the most fucked up feeling in the world. and no, i wasnt drunk. i was just tired and fell a slept. and for charsa, NO this is not sexual in anyway. hahaha
this morning at around 9pm, i got on a bus from ayala because i wanted to sleep in my bed in los banos. anyway, i planned on getting off at alabang then riding another bus to los banos, laguna. so i got on the bus and decided to take a quick nap while on the bus. BAD MOVE asshole! i woke up a few minutes later and i was on the south express way. 1st thing on my head was, OMG. i got on a bus that just passes by alabang and not stopping at alabang. because i didnt want to act like one of those stupid guys on busses, i acted like i was still sleeping. to bus took the susana heights/muntinlupa exit. the conductor was looking for a stow away in the bus. checking for the tickets in passengers who got on alabang and was heading to pacita. good thing i had sunglasses and the bus conductor didnt check my ticket. after i saw that a group of people were getting off, even though i didnt know where i was. i got off...
i got off somewhere in san pedro laguna. and right across the road was a mcdonalds fast food joint. i went in got myself coffee and smoked. now this has got to suck...
good thing the people there were kind of helpful and i learned that i was on the border of metro manila and laguna. that's a loonnnggg way from home. so i decided not to waste time and just got on a jeep to sta rosa.
the jeep was on the provincial hi-way and i thought that it was going to be a fast ride to sta rosa. provincial hi-way means that it passes through most of the town proper. (san pedro, pacita, biñan, sta. rosa). good thing a girl who works at SM sta rosa got on the jeep and kept me company. she laughed at the idea of not knowing how to travel and not know where i was going. she asked if where i was heading and i said calamba. actually, i knew how to survive in traveling from sta rosa to calamba and from calamba to los baños because last december i wanted to meet Magi in sta rosa. but as usual, it didnt turn out the way i wanted it to.
when i got off at sta rosa. i got on a jeep to calamba crossing. sandali lang, hindi pa tapos yung kwento! anyway, i saw familiar "landmarks" and i knew that i was going to be ok. but then suddenly, the jeep turned left, away from the national hi-way. PUNYETA! when we reached a town proper, i think it was cabuyao. the driver told me that he needed to take a dump and told me to get on another jeep. i got off at calamba crossing then i got on a jeep to uplb and i got home... FINALLY! it took 4 hours of stupidity, when it usually takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Whenever i get lost someplace, it makes me feel stupid but it's pretty ok. so next time i know where the hell i am.
other things that happened to me this week:
•my cousin, ezza's office is near where i work and i visited her office last wednesday, well i think it was thursday. anyhoo, i met sheila, one of her officemates, she's kinda weird, but in a good way. and i saw joan, a girl who i met during my 2nd year college who was working there. and i saw the cutest girl in the building.. too bad i didnt get her name.
• cheska's feeling kind of down the past few days... =( too bad i'm never there for her, even though i want to be there.
• you guys should buy the UltraElectroMagnetic Jam CD.
various artists playing Eraserheads songs. and guys, please buy the original thing.
• Narda - Kamikazee
good song... dont play it too much or else you'll get iritated at the song.
